Accommodation Rules

We inform you that hotel reservations have been made at economic risk and are subject to a cancellation regime imposed by the establishments themselves.

For this reason we can only consider a firm confirmed reservation if you have made the payment, either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Hotel reservations can be made directly from the website by filling in the form (online) or by sending the reservation form (pdf) to the Technical Secretariat together with proof of payment by bank transfer or authorization to charge by credit card .

Important: From the moment the reservation is made, you will have a period of 2 days to make the payment and notify the Technical Secretariat (by sending an e-mail to registrationsiwann@fase20.com). Otherwise, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• If you require an invoice, please indicate it in the field provided on the form detailing the company/person that invoices, NIF/CIF and postal address.

Reservation procedure

You can be sure that your reservation has been processed ONLY if you receive your confirmation number at the end of the process, if you do not receive it, please,  contact the Technical Secretariat.

Important Note: It is mandatory that you provide us with a valid email address to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations and name changes must be made in writing and communicated to the Congress Secretariat, to the e-mail registrationsiwann@fase20.

• Cancellations up to 10^th April will be free of cancellation fees.
• Cancellations between 11th April and 22nd April will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations from 23rd April onwards will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Payment Methods

By Bank transfer: It is essential that you send a copy of the bank transfer by email to registrationsiwann@fase20.com  indicating the name of the participant. Once we have verified the payment has been made correctly, we will confirm the hotel reservation by e-mail.

By credit card:  Select “credit card payment” in the registration process. The system will redirect you to a secure payment Gateway.

Note: Bank transfer fees, currency exchange fees, etc., will be beared by the participant.
