Accommodation info

We inform you that hotel reservations have been made at economic risk and are subject to a cancellation regime imposed by the establishments themselves.
For this reason we can only consider a firm confirmed reservation if you have made the payment, either by credit card or by bank transfer.
Hotel reservations can be made directly from the website by filling in the form (online) or by sending the reservation form (pdf) to the Technical Secretariat together with proof of payment by bank transfer or authorization to charge by credit card .
Important: From the moment the reservation is made, you will have a period of 2 days to make the payment and notify the Technical Secretariat (by sending an e-mail to registrationsiwann@fase20.com). Otherwise, said reservation will be automatically cancelled.

General conditions

• Prices applicable to the nights of June 19 and 20, 2023. Other nights consult the Technical Secretariat.
• Prices per room and night.
• Prices include 10% VAT.
• Reservations are made on a bed and breakfast basis.
• If you require an invoice, please indicate it in the field provided on the form detailing the company/person that invoices, NIF/CIF and postal address.

Process

Hotel reservations will ONLY be considered confirmed if payment has been made and the Technical Secretariat has been notified.

You can be sure that your reservation has been processed ONLY if you receive your confirmation number at the end of the process, if you do not receive it, contact the Technical Secretariat.

Please make a note of this number as you will need it for any future revisions or changes to your details

IMPORTANT: No reservation will be made without prior payment.

Important Note: A valid email address is essential to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations and name changes must be made in writing and communicated to the Congress Secretariat, to the e-mail registrationsiwann@fase20.com.

• Reservations cancelled until March. 10th will imply no cancellation fees. 
• Reservations cancelled after March 11st will imply a cancellation fee of 100% of their original value.

Payment Methods

By Bank transfer: It is essential that you send us a copy of the transfer to the email registrationsiwann@fase20.com, indicating the name of the congress and the congressMAN. Once the entry has been verified, confirmation of registration will be notified via email.
