We inform you that hotel reservations are made at economic risk and are subject to a cancellation policy imposed by the establishments themselves.

For this reason, we can only consider a reservation to be firmly confirmed once payment has been made, either by credit card or bank transfer.

Hotel reservations can be made directly through the website by filling out the (online) form, or by sending the reservation form (PDF) to the Technical Secretariat along with proof of payment by bank transfer or authorization for payment by credit card.

• In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary registration and information obligations for individuals or legal entities carrying out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities, the personal data of the users of these services is requested in order to proceed with their registration and the notifications required to comply with the legal obligations set out in this Royal Decree.

Important: From the moment the reservation is made, you will have a period of 2 days to make the payment and notify the Technical Secretariat (by sending an email to reservas@congresoapicola.com). Otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Procedure for individual reservations

Hotel reservations will ONLY be considered confirmed once payment has been made and communicated to the Technical Secretariat.

You can be sure that your reservation has been processed ONLY if you receive your confirmation number at the end of the process; if you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat.

Please keep a note of this number, as you will need it for any future review or modification of your details.

IMPORTANT: No reservation will be processed without prior payment.

Important Note: A valid email address is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation policy for individual reservations

Cancellations and name changes must be made in writing and communicated by email to reservas@congresoiwann.com

• Cancellations made up to December 14 will incur no cancellation fees.
• Cancellations made from December 15 to February 1, 2027 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made from February 2 to March 31, 2027 will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made from April 1 onward will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

You must send, together with the reservation form, a copy of the transfer receipt indicating the name of the event.
