    Registrations should be completed from the website with the registration form (online) or send the registration form (PDF) to the Technical Secretariat with proof of payment by transfer or authorization for payment by credit card.

    General conditions

    Regular, Program Committee and Special Session organizer registration includes: Welcome Reception, Proceedings, Entry to all Scientific Meetings, Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Gala Dinner.

    Supplementary Rate registration*: necessary fee when an author presents several papers. Proceedings are included. If the same author presents more than one paper, a publication fee shall be due for each supplementary paper.

    Accompanying Person registration includes: Welcome Reception, Lunches and Gala Dinner.

    Student *:  registration should be accompanied by a copy of a student ID.

    Authors of accepted papers must register before may 18th, 2027 the payment must be received by this date. One author registration will guarantee the publication of at most one accepted paper.

    *If the same author presents more than one paper, a publication fee is due for each supplementary paper.

     

    Method of Payment

    Via bank transfer

    Please send a copy of the transfer confirmation or receipt to the following e-mail address registrationsiwann@fase20.com; indicating the name of the congress and the name of the participant. Once we verify, we have received the bank transfer, we will confirm registration by e-mail.

    By credit card

    You can either complete your payment through the corresponding bank’s secure payment gateway, to which you will be redirected by the system, or provide us with the following card details so that we can process the payment on your behalf: cardholder’s name, card type (VISA, Mastercard, etc.), card number, and expiration date.

    Note: Transfer/Currency exchange costs which may come up from these transactions must be covered by the delegate.
