General conditions

Regular, Program Committee and Special Session organizer registration includes: Welcome Reception, Proceedings, Entry to all Scientific Meetings, Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Gala Dinner.

Supplementary Rate registration*: necessary fee when an author presents several papers. Proceedings are included. If the same author presents more than one paper, a publication fee shall be due for each supplementary paper (220 €, supplementary rate).

(*) 1 (Regular Fee) + 1 (Supplementary Rate Registration) for each person.

Accompanying Person registration includes: Welcome Reception, Lunches and Gala Dinner.

Authors of accepted papers must register before 16 May 2023; the payment must be received by this date. One author registration will guarantee the publication of at most one accepted paper.

*If the same author presents more than one paper, a publication fee is due for each supplementary paper (220 €, supplementary rate).

Method of Payment

Via bank transfer to Fase 20, S.L. Please send a copy of the transfer confirmation or receipt to the following e-mail adress registrationsiwann@fase20.com; indicating the name of the congress and the name of the participant. Once we verify we have received the bank transfer, we will confirm registration by e-mail.
